My Forever Home
My decision to purchase a home in Brevard County was literally made at
the spur of a moment. The search for the perfect one, to be frank, was
not the most pleasant experience. There were quite a few bumps along
the road until I saw "THE ONE".
I knew it was "THE ONE" the moment the realtor, my friend Katya, and I pulled up to the house. How could you not fall in love with it....... True Florida Homes put so much thought into every component of the house, from the interior modern contemporary design to the beautiful front door and exterior color pattern that made it magnificent and something out of a home magazine. There was nothing I had seen in the months of searching that could ever compare to this house just from the outside and the more I saw it, the more in love I fell!
After a walk-thru, I had no doubt. Tall ceilings with built in lights, a well-planned modern kitchen, flooring, tall modern doors, the list goes on and on. Everything that True Florida Homes did was just perfect! I am a nitpicker, and I have to say that the craftmanship throughout this house was immaculate. The fact that it was a smart house, hurricane proof and came with a ten-year warranty made my decision easy. You could see that the person from True Florida Homes that built this house, put their heart and soul into it. Later, we found out that it was their first build, and that the owners name was Richard Maddalena. Our realtor suggested we go see a couple of other houses, but I remember thinking, nothing after this could even compare. Therefore, I made a full offer on my forever home that very moment.
I want to say a few words to the builder and owner of True Florida Homes, Richard Maddalena, my new best friend, that I made along this bumpy journey.
